Pancake Recipe:

5 oz Boiled Sweet Potato

1/2 Cup Oat Flakes

1/2 tbsp Vanilla Extract

1 tbsp Stevia

Toppings:

1/2 Tbsp Chia Seeds

1 Tbsp Chopped Walnuts

Blend all ingredients together until Pancake like batter.

Pour in lightly greased pan, 3-4 minutes per side.
